The LED filament Safe series responds to the desire to also use the decorative filament bulbs where shards are extremely undesirable when broken. Think of professional (open) kitchens, above tables in a restaurant, above the food department in and on the market. The bulb is made of polycarbonate which is much stronger than the traditional glass shade and also does not splinter. This also makes the lamp ideal for use in barbed cables at (temporary) festivals or events. When mounted hanging in combination with a suitable lamp holder (holder makes a watertight seal with the bulb) also outdoors applicable. We advise to use this lamp in combination with the Bailey Light Strings of 5, 10, 25 or 50m (see accessories).
